EUCC offers a range of activities for our members including river trips, pool sessions, socials and much more!

Every other weekend

River Trips

We try to run a river trip every other weekend, with a variety of trips catering to all abilities. For beginner trips we take you down a fun river section and coach you on the fundamentals as you go, usually grade 2/3 water.

Fridays · 20:10

Pool Sessions

A chance to give kayaking a go in a warm environment, without having to commit to a river trip. Every Friday from 8.10 to 10pm, then free nachos at The Southsider.

Wednesday evenings

Socials

A different themed event every week, organised by our lovely social secs. Everyone is welcome, no membership required, and feel free to let your friends tag along.

Twice a year · Highlands

Residentials

A hybrid of socials and river trips. Starting on a Friday night we're off for the entire weekend, twice a year, to run rivers we normally cannot reach in a day trip.

Two weeks · French Alps

Summer Alps Trip

Every summer EUCC drives out to the French Alps for a two week trip of epic proportions. Decent whitewater, sunshine, and as much cheese, baguettes and wine as you can eat and drink.

Scotland's only artificial course

Pinkston

We are incredibly lucky to be only a short drive away from Pinkston, the home of Scotland's only artificial whitewater course, which we visit in the evenings after uni.

Grade 5 beaters & grade 2 senders welcome

Come and send it with us.

Membership is £80 for the year and includes all the kit, coaching and chaos. Not sure yet? Socials and two pool sessions are free.
