Still on the fence?

Don’t worry! – Without membership you can still get a taste for the club. You will be able to attend socials and 2 free pool sessions. You cannot attend trips or residentials until you pay for membership.

Your fees will help us cover the cost of insurance, kit maintenance, and much more. It helps to keep the club alive!

Also Note: If you’re a keen kayaker who frequently paddlers outside of club trips, we recommend you get an SCA membership as well. This will give you access to a bunch of perks, like a subscription to the Scottish Paddler, Insurance, Discounts, and Stanley access. You can look at the different tiers of membership here:

Some of our members choose to remain a member of a different canoe association like British Canoeing (England), CANI (Northern Ireland), or Canw Cymru (Wales). Please bear in mind however that we are an SCA-affiliated club.
